The Castle Rock Wellness Center, a nonprofit organization, opened its Grainfield satellite clinic in 2017 within the new Grainfield Community Building. This facility offers a comprehensive range of fitness equipment, including exercise bikes, treadmills, a stair climber, rowing machine, elliptical, free weights, benches, a multi-station gym, power rack, kettlebells, resistance bands, stackable steps, yoga mats, and stability balls. Members enjoy a safe 24/7 access via a secure code card reader. With rates significantly lower than other fitness centers, membership also includes access to the Quinter and Gove locations, providing incredible value for fitness enthusiasts.
